摘要
针对当前村镇水厂建设地点偏远、监控手段缺乏、监测点供电不便、人工巡检成本高、问题发现不及时、事故处理效率低的缺点,设计了一套村镇供水耐用型采集终端。该采集终端紧紧围绕低功耗技术、光伏新能源供电技术、物联网技术、防水技术,突出了村镇供水采集终端的耐用性特点。为了延长村镇供水采集终端在电池供电下的使用时间,对村镇供水采集终端进行了低功耗设计,结合当前低功耗窄带物联网通信技术,采用了分时供电和定时休眠唤醒的方法来降低系统整体功耗,同时引入了太阳能供电;另外,对村镇供水采集终端电路板进行了环氧树脂灌封和监控箱的防水设计。该村镇供水采集终端在村镇水厂的应用,改变了村镇供水采集终端耐用问题,实现了“无人值守”,减轻了劳动强度,降低了人工成本,达到了及时发现问题、及时采取应对措施的目的,该村镇供水采集终端在村镇水厂管控中将会发挥越来越重要的作用。
In view of the shortcomings of the remote construction site,the lack of monitoring means,the inconvenience of power supply at the monitoring points,the high cost of manual inspection,the untimely detection of problems,and the low efficiency of accident handling,a set of durable village and town water supply collection terminals was designed.The collection terminal closely focuses on low-power consumption technology,photovoltaic new energy power supply technology,Internet of Things technology,and waterproof technology,highlighting the durability characteristics of village and town water supply collection terminals.In order to prolong the use time of the village and town water supply collection terminal under battery power supply,the low-power design of the village and town water supply collection terminal is carried out,combined with the current low-power narrowband Internet of Things communication technology,the method of time-sharing power supply and timed sleep wake-up is adopted to reduce the overall power consumption of the system,and solar power supply is introduced at the same time.The application of the village and town water supply collection terminal in the village and town water plant has changed the durability of the village and town water supply collection terminal,realized the“unattended”,reduced the labor intensity,reduced the labor cost,and achieved the effect of timely detection of problems and timely countermeasures,and the village and town water supply collection terminal will play an increasingly important role in the control of the village and town water plant.
