基于Apriori算法的新业态分析系统构建与研究

摘要 随着图书馆智能化进程的加快,传统图书馆逐渐被新兴业态下的数字图书馆所替代,针对新业态数字图书馆在信息检索方面的不足,此次研究结合Apriori算法设计了新的数字图书馆检索分析系统,旨在进一步提高其检索效率与检索精度。首先利用完全连接矩阵向量优化传统的Apriori算法,接着将优化后的算法应用到数字图书馆信息检索分析系统框架中,旨在进一步提高系统的检索和数据分析能力。研究结果表明,改进后的Apriori算法能够得到91.5%的检索准确率,利用该算法搭建的模型能够在系统运行100 s和负载为500的时候分别保持639 tps和2 315 tps的高吞吐量。因此,此次研究所改进的Apriori算法拥有较好的性能,所设计的新型数字图书馆检索分析系统能够有效改善检索模糊、分析准确率较低的问题。 With the acceleration of the intelligent process of libraries,traditional libraries are gradually replaced by digital libraries in emerging formats.Aiming at the shortcomings of new formats of digital libraries in information retrieval,this study designs a new digital library retrieval analysis system based on Apriori algorithm to further improve its retrieval efficiency and accuracy.The traditional Apriori algorithm is first optimized using fully connected matrix vectors,and then the optimized algorithm is applied to the framework of digital library information retrieval and analysis system,aiming to further improve the retrieval and data analysis capability of the system.The results of the study surface that the improved Apriori algorithm is able to obtain a retrieval accuracy of 91.5%,and the model constructed using the algorithm is able to maintain a high throughput of 639tps and 2315tps when the system is running for 100s and loaded for 500,respectively.Therefore,the improved Apriori algorithm in this research has better performance,and the new digital library retrieval and analysis system designed can effectively improve the problems of fuzzy retrieval and low analysis accuracy.
