摘要
为了深入探讨不同水热预处理强度对芒草结构和组成的影响,分析比较不同预处理条件对芒草酶解的影响,将水热预处理与酸、乙醇和低共熔溶剂预处理方式进行了对比。研究考察了水热过程中温度、时间、固液比和乙酸浓度对芒草中木质纤维素的影响。结果表明,在180℃下,反应时间为2.5 h,固液比为1∶7的条件下,不添加乙酸时,葡萄糖得率最高达到65.43%。相较于其他预处理方法,该工艺具有简单、低成本且高效利用生物质资源的优势。
In order to investigate the effect of different hydrothermal pretreatment intensities on the structure and composition of Miscanthus,especially to analyze and compare the effects of different pretreatment conditions on the enzymatic saccharification of Miscanthus.Different pretreatment methods such as hydrothermal with acid or ethanol,deep eutectic solvents were compared.The effect of temperature,time,solid-liquid ratio,and acetic acid concentration on the composition of Miscanthus during the hydrothermal process were investigated.The results showed that the highest glucose yield reached 65.43%without the addition of acetic acid when pure hydrothermal pretreatment at 180℃,with a reaction time of 2.5 h and a solid-liquid ratio of 1∶7.Compared with other pretreatment methods,this process has the advantages of simplicity,low cost,and efficient utilization of biomass resources.
