摘要
燃气管道施工中的回填过程是一个关键环节,不仅需要保证工程质量,还需保障施工安全。因此,对回填施工的安全性进行全面评估对于降低事故风险具有重要意义。文章首先详细分析了燃气管道回填施工技术,考虑了回填施工技术现状及工艺影响因素,然后建立了燃气管道回填施工的数学模型,该模型考虑了管道结构、回填材料特性、边界条件和载荷施加方式,并利用模拟仿真方式分析管道介质,最后设计了燃气管道回填施工工艺与管道线路,并通过对不同情况进行数值模拟验证数学模型的有效性。结果表明,数学模型能有效预测和评估燃气管道回填施工的安全性。
The backfi ll process in gas pipeline construction is a key link,which not only needs to ensure the engineering quality,but also needs to ensure the construction safety.Therefore,a comprehensive assessment of the safety of backfill construction is of great significance for reducing the risk of accidents.Firstly,the backfill construction technology of gas pipeline is analyzed in detail,and the current situation and influencing factors of backfill construction technology are considered.Then,the mathematical model of backfi ll construction of gas pipeline is established,which considers the pipeline structure,backfill material characteristics,boundary conditions and load application mode,and the simulation is used to analyze the pipeline medium.Finally,the gas pipeline backfill construction technology and pipeline route are designed,and the effectiveness of the mathematical model is verifi ed by numerical simulation under diff erent conditions.The results show that the mathematical model can eff ectively predict and assess the safety of gas pipeline backfi ll construction.
