在当今数字化浪潮席卷全球的背景下,财务数字化转型已成为企业提升竞争力、实现可持续发展的关键一环.SAP系统作为企业财务管理的重要工具,其数字化转型面临诸多挑战.文章介绍了SAP在财务管理中的应用场景,分析了数字化转型过程中遇到的主要挑战,包括系统集成、数据安全、员工接受度、组织变革、数据治理、流程优化方面.接着,文章从技术优化、组织变革、管理优化方面提出了详细的应对策略,也为其他企业在基于SAP的财务数字化转型过程中提供借鉴.
In the context of today's digital wave sweeping the world,the digital transformation of finance has become a key part of enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and achieve sustainable development.As an important tool for enterprise financial management,SAP system is facing many challenges in its digital transformation.This paper introduces the application scenarios of SAP in financial management,and analyzes the main challenges encountered in the process of digital transformation,including system integration,data security,employee acceptance,organizational change,data governance,and process optimization.Then,this paper puts forward detailed coping strategies from the aspects of technology optimization,organizational change,and management optimization,which also provides reference for other enterprises in the process of SAP-based financial digital transformation.
