摘要
准确掌握采空区煤自燃温度分布及演化规律是提高煤自燃防治效果的前提条件。以温庄煤矿15103工作面为原型,建立非均质采空区相似实验平台,探究不同流场条件下采空区温度分布演化规律,分析不同风速以及非稳态风流对采空区温度分布演化的影响。结果表明:孔隙率与风流都对温度分布具有一定影响,温度分布会偏向大孔隙率区域以及风流下风向区域,在非稳态流场条件下采空区高温区域会扩大,导致煤自燃危险区域增大;发现了高温区域以及高温点在风流作用下的迁移现象,并揭示了迁移原理。
Accurately grasping the distribution and evolution law of coal spontaneous combustion temperature in goaf is a prerequisite for improving the prevention and control effect of coal spontaneous combustion. Taking the 15103 working face of Wenzhuang Coal Mine as the prototype, a similar experimental platform for heterogeneous goaf was established to explore the evolution law of temperature distribution in goaf under different flow field conditions, and the influence of different wind speed and unsteady wind flow conditions on the evolution of temperature distribution in goaf was analyzed. The results show that both porosity and wind flow have a certain influence on the temperature distribution, and the temperature distribution will be biased towards the large porosity area and the downwind area of the wind flow. Under the condition of unsteady flow field, the high temperature area of goaf will expand, resulting in the increase of coal spontaneous combustion danger area. The migration phenomenon of high temperature area and high temperature point under the action of airflow was found, and the migration principle was revealed.
