2021年贵州省中小学生营养不良现状及影响因素分析

摘要 目的了解贵州省农村地区中小学生营养状况分布情况,并对其影响因素进行分析,为提高学生体质健康提供科学依据。方法从贵州省9个县抽取9467名中小学生,收集一般情况、体格数据、饮食行为及生活方式等信息,分析营养不良情况及相关影响因素。结果学生营养不良检出率为9.3%,以消瘦为主(6.4%)。其中,男生消瘦检出率(8.1%)高于女生(4.7%)(P<0.05);经济水平低的地区生长迟缓检出率(4.3%)高于经济水平较高的地区(1.6%)(P<0.05);少数民族的生长迟缓率(4.3%)高于汉族(2.0%)(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示男生、少数民族、留守儿童是发生营养不良危险因素(P<0.05)。结论贵州省农村中小学生仍存在营养不良问题,尤其应重视少数民族、留守儿童的营养不良状况,积极开展合理膳食、饮食行为等干预措施。 Objective To solve the distribution of nutritional status of primary and secondary school students in rural areas of Guizhou Province and analyze their influencing factors,so as to provide scientific basis for improving the physical health of students.Methods A sample of 9467 primary and secondary school students was taken from nine counties in Guizhou Province.Information on general condition,physical data,dietary behavior and lifestyle was collected.Malnutrition rates were tested by chi-square test,and multifactorial logistic regression was used for relevant influences.Results The detection rate of malnutrition among students was 9.3%,with a predominance of wasting(6.4%).the detection rate of wasting was higher in boys(8.1%)than in girls(4.7%)(P<0.05).The detection rate of growth retardation was higher in areas with a low economic level(4.3%)than in areas with a higher economic level(1.6%)(P<0.05).The rate of growth retardation was higher among ethnic minorities(4.3%)than among Han Chinese(2.0%)(P<0.05).Multifactorial logistic regression analysis showed that boys,ethnic minorities,and left-behind children were risk factors for the development of malnutrition.Conclusion Rural primary and secondary school students in Guizhou Province are still suffering from malnutrition,and particular attention should be paid to the malnutrition situation of ethnic and left-behind children,and interventions such as rational diets and eating behaviors should be actively carried out.
