摘要
职教领域全国教书育人楷模具有鲜明的教育家精神特质。基于习近平总书记对教育家精神的阐释,对2010年以来的职教领域24名全国教书育人楷模先进事迹材料进行分析,将他们身上彰显的精神品质凝练概括为:钟情职教、志在强国的理想信念;涵养师德、以身立教的道德情操;深耕教学、科研育人的育人智慧;勇于挑战、追求卓越的躬耕态度;关爱学生、筑梦成才的仁爱之心;学以致用、服务社会的弘道追求。职教领域教育家精神特质的生成得益于“需求-改变”“信念-支撑”“实践-养成”“价值-驱动”的实践机制,其培育路径为:榜样示范,引领职教教师热爱职教;尊师重教,提升职教教师职业地位;强化实践,提升职教教师专业素养;筑牢保障,支持职教教师笃志从教。
The national teaching models in the field of vocational education have distinctive characteristics of the educator spirit.Based on the interpretation of the educator spirit from General Secretary Xi Jinping and the analysis of 24 national teaching models'advanced deeds since 2010,we can concisely reveal their quality spirit for love vocational education,including the ideal conviction of loving vocational education and aiming at strengthening the country;the moral character of cultivating teachers'morality and teaching by oneself;the wisdom of educating people by deeply cultivating teaching and scientific research;the attitude of pursuing excellence by courageously taking challenges;the benevolent heart of caring for students and building dreams of success;and the pursuit of promoting the way of utilizing what one learns and serving the society.The generation of spiritual characteristics of educators in the field of vocational education benefits from the practice mechanisms of“demand-change”“belief-support”“practice-cultivation”and“value-drive”.The cultivation paths are:modeling to lead VET teachers to love VET;honoring teachers to enhance VET teachers'professional status;strengthening practice to enhance VET teachers'professionalism;and building safeguards to support VET teachers'dedication to teaching.
