摘要
在世界各地的大型体育赛事中,志愿者发挥着不可替代的作用,其参与程度和幸福感对于赛事的顺利进行和社会和谐具有重要影响。然而,志愿者的幸福感形成机制仍然是一个备受关注的课题,尤其是在特殊的体育赛事环境中。本研究以2022年北京冬奥会为体育赛事案例,探讨冬奥青年志愿者幸福感形成的内部驱动和外部促进因素。通过对自我民族志和扎根理论的综合运用发现:(1)物质条件、人际关系、价值成就、情绪刺激、外部环境和秩序与计划六个维度是促进冬奥青年志愿者幸福感的外部因素。(2)需求感知、体验感知和价值感知是志愿者获得幸福感的内部三维度,其影响程度逐次递增,需求感知是幸福感形成的基础,体验感知起到提升作用,价值感知则是幸福感进一步升华的载体。(3)志愿者幸福感是外部环境、组织反应和个体反应之间相互作用的结果,个人的性格和成长因素在整个过程中起到调节作用。(4)区别于一般情境下志愿者通过奉献得到精神愉悦,在体育赛事情境下与国家荣誉相关的积极情绪是体育赛事志愿者获得幸福感的独特路径。
In major sports events worldwide,volunteers play an irreplaceable role,and their level of involvement and sense of happiness have significant implications for the smooth operation of the events and societal harmony.However,the mechanisms underlying volunteers'sense of happiness remain a subject of considerable interest,especially within the unique environment of sports events.This study takes the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics as a case study of a sports event and explores the internal drivers and external factors that contribute to the formation of happiness among young volunteers at the Winter Olympics.By employing a comprehensive approach integrating self-determination theory and grounded theory,it was found that:(1)Material conditions,interpersonal relationships,value achievement,emotional stimulation,external environment,and orderliness and planning are six dimensions that promote happiness among young volunteers at the Winter Olympics.(2)Perceived needs,experiential perception,and value perception are the three internal dimensions through which volunteers attain happiness,with their impact progressively increasing.Perceived needs serve as the foundation for the formation of happiness,experiential perception enhances it,and value perception acts as a conduit for further elevation of happiness.(3)Volunteer happiness is the result of interactions among external environment,organizational response,and individual response,with personal characteristics and developmental factors playing a regulatory role throughout the process.(4)Distinguishing itself from the general scenario where volunteers derive spiritual gratification through service,the unique path to happiness for sports event volunteers lies in the positive emotions associated with national honor within the context of sports events,rather than solely through altruistic contributions.
