摘要
为研究斜拉桥不同施工阶段情况下的索力特征,提出基于振动频率法监测斜拉桥索力研究。根据弦振动理论,列出振动频率法测试公式,对实测索力控制误差进行规定。采用振动频率量测法,振动接收仪接收信号分析得到拉索自振频率,推算拉索索力。依据拉索施工工况特点,划分拉索索力监测阶段,分别是钢箱梁拼装合龙完成、二期调索完成、全桥完工阶段。对不同工况情况下斜拉桥主跨和边跨索力结果进行规律分析,结合实测索力与理论索力之间的误差值分析各施工工况拉索规律特点。研究表明,采用振动频率法监测的索力误差值表现为拼装合龙工况>二期调索工况>全桥完工工况,实测索力与理论索力之间的误差控制在10%以内,经过多次调索后索力呈现均匀变化趋势,桥梁施工处于安全可控状态。
In order to study the cable force characteristics of cable-stayed Bridges in different construction stages,a study on monitoring cable force of cable-stayed Bridges based on vibration frequency method is proposed.According to the string vibration theory,the test formula of vibration frequency method is listed,and the control error of measured cable force is specified.The vibration frequency measurement method is adopted,and the natural vibration frequency of the cable is obtained by analyzing the signal received by the vibration receiver,and the cable force is calculated.According to the characteristics of cable construction conditions,the cable force monitoring stages are divided into three stages:completion of assembly and closure of steel box girder,completion of second phase cable adjustment and completion of the whole bridge.The cable force results of main span and side span of cable-stayed bridge under different working conditions are analyzed.Combining the error between measured cable force and theoretical cable force,the cable law characteristics under construction conditions are analyzed.The results show that the error value of cable force monitored by vibration frequency method is that the assembling and closing working condition is larger than the secondstage cable adjusting working condition than the complete bridge working condition.The error between the measured cable force and the theoretical cable force is controlled within 10%.After several cable adjustments,the cable force shows a uniform change trend,and the bridge construction is in a safe and controllable state.
