摘要
建立了石油微库仑法测硫仪的校准方法,评定了校准结果不确定度。石油微库仑法测硫仪的检测原理是库伦滴定法,国家尚未出台该测硫仪的检定规程或校准规范,导致该类型的测硫仪无法进行正常的计量溯源。利用硫含量标准物质进行实验,选择仪器的示值误差、测量重复性和检出限作为主要的校准项目。通过实验和参考其他技术规范给出了参考技术指标:仪器测量值小于10.0 mg/L时,示值绝对误差为0.5 mg/L,测量重复性不大于0.3 mg/L;仪器测量值不小于10.0 mg/L时,示值相对误差为8%,测量重复性不大于4%;仪器检出限不大于0.2 mg/L。利用校准案例对校准方法进行验证,结果表明,该校准方法切实可行,给出的参考技术指标较为合理。
A calibration method for petroleum microcoulometric sulfur analyzer was established,and the uncertainty of the calibration results was evaluated.The detection principle of the petroleum microcoulometric sulfur detector is the coulomb titration method,and the state has not yet issued the verification procedures or calibration specifications for the principle sulfur detector,resulting in the inability of this type of sulfur detector to carry out normal measurement and traceability.Sulfur content reference materials were used for experiments,and the indication error,measurement repeatability and detection limit of the instrument were selected as the main calibration items.Reference technical indicators are given through experiments and other technical specifications:when the measured value of the instrument is less than 10.0 mg/L,the absolute error of the indication value is 0.5 mg/L,and the measurement repeatability is no more than 0.3 mg/L;When the measured value of the instrument is no less than 10.0 mg/L,the relative error of the indication value is 8%,and the measurement repeatability is no more than 4%.The detection limit of the instrument is no more than 0.2 mg/L.The calibration method is verified by using the calibration case,and the results show that the calibration method is feasible and the reference technical indicators are reasonable.
