摘要
文章分析了接触线材料服役过程的性能要求,其中最重要的是抗拉强度和导电率;总结了轨道交通接触线用CuAg、CuSn、CuMg、CuCrZr合金系的性能特点及研究现状,包括合金化设计原则、生产工艺以及目前存在的问题;探讨了未来接触线材料尚待深入研究的方向,认为高强高导铜合金接触线是未来的发展趋势,需要更加重视科技成果转化和产业化水平,以期为未来轨道交通提速提供技术支持。
This paper analyzes the performance requirements for the service process of contact wire materials,among which the most important are tensile strength and conductivity,summarizes the performance features and research status of CuAg,CuSn,CuMg,CuCrZr alloy systems for rail transit contact wires,including alloying design principles,production processes,and current problems.The direction of further research of future contact wire materials is discussed,and it is believed that high-strength and high conductivity copper alloy contact wires are the future development trend.More attention should be given to the commercialization and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements,so as to provide technical support for boosting the development of rail transit industry in the future.
