摘要
基于微生物固化技术的固化原理,并对影响固化效果的主要因素进行总结分析,给出了微生物固化技术对砂土性能的影响规律。再结合相关文献发现,通过微生物诱导碳酸钙沉淀对砂土进行固化能够提高其抗剪强度。利用MICP技术产生的碳酸钙沉淀能够填充土样的孔隙,从而降低土体的孔隙率,增加其密实性和抗渗透能力。最后,通过结合微生物固化应用实例,对微生物固化改良砂土或土壤性能研究中尚存在的问题以及对未来的发展方向进行了讨论与展望。
Based on the solidification principle of microbial-induced calcite precipitation(MICP)technology,this study summarizes and analyzes the key factors influencing the solidification effect,revealing the impact patterns of microbial solidification on the properties of sandy soil.According to related literature,using MICP to induce calcium carbonate precipitation can significantly improve the shear strength of sandy soil.The calcium carbonate produced by MICP fills the soil pores,reducing porosity,increasing compaction,and enhancing impermeability.Finally,by incorporating case studies of microbial solidification applications,the study discusses the existing challenges in research on improving the performance of sandy soils or other soils through microbial solidification,and provides insights into future development directions.
