基于响应面法优化牡丹皮射频真空工艺参数的研究

摘要 以干燥温度(40、45、50℃)、极板间距(80、90、100 mm)、真空度(0.015、0.025、0.035 MPa)为试验因素,色差值、多糖、总黄酮含量作为评价指标,利用响应面优化法探究各因素对射频真空干燥工艺的影响。结果表明:建立的二次多项式回归模型拟合程度较高,可较好的描述牡丹皮的射频真空干燥过程,各因素交互作用对各项指标影响均显著,其最佳工艺参数为干燥温度47.2℃,极板间距88 mm,真空度为0.027 MPa,此条件下对应的总色差、多糖、总黄酮含量分别为9.281、59.67 mg/g、3.97 mg/g。研究可为牡丹皮的产后加工提供理论参考。 Drying temperature(40,45,50℃),plate spacing(80,90,100 mm),vacuum degree(0.015,0.025,0.035 MPa)were used as test factors,color difference value,polysaccharide and total flavone content were used as evaluation indexes,and response surface optimization method was used to explore the effects of various factors on RF vacuum drying process.The results showed that the quadratic polynomial regression model was established with a high degree of fitting and could describe the radiofrequency vacuum drying process of Peony bark well.The order of influence degree of each factor on each index was as follows:Drying temperature>plate spacing>vacuum degree,the optimum process parameters were obtained as drying temperature 47.2℃,plate spacing 88 mm,vacuum degree 0.027 MPa.Under these conditions,the corresponding total color difference,polysaccharide and total flavonoids contents were 9.281,59.67 mg/g and 3.97 mg/g,respectively.This study can provide theoretical reference for postnatal processing of Peony bark.
