摘要
为满足珠江三角洲水资源配置工程深埋输水隧洞检修通车需求,设计了一种新型大口径高压检修三通封头,通过力学计算和有限元软件建立模型,计算进车岔封头(碟形封头)各细部结构的应力状态,在试验工况和水压工况下,应力强度均小于材料屈服强度,结构疲劳寿命、封头负压和螺栓强度校核全部满足规范要求,整体结构设计合理、经济、安全可靠。
This paper mainly designs a new type of large-diameter high-pressure maintenance tee blind flange to meet the maintenance and traffic requirements of the deep-buried shield tunnel and water conveyance tunnel of this project.By using mechanical calculation and finite element software to establish the blind flange model,the stress state of each detail structure of the dish cover is analyzed and calculated.The stress intensity of the traffic branch blind flange(dish cover)proposed in this paper is less than the material yield strength under both test and water pressure conditions;the structure fatigue life,head negative pressure and bolt strength check all meet the specification requirements.Therefore,the traffic branch blind flange(dish cover)proposed in this paper has reasonable,economical,safe and reliable overall structure design,which can be used for practical engineering and maintenance reference.
