摘要
以聚醚砜(PES)为成膜基材,乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)为添加剂,同时添加聚乙二醇(PEG)作为致孔剂,将N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)作为溶液,通过非溶剂诱导相分离法制备了PES/EAA复合膜。研究了EAA的添加量对PES/EAA膜的渗透通量、抗污染性能、亲水性、拉伸强度等的影响,并使用扫描电子显微镜和傅里叶变换红外光谱、孔径分布测试对膜的结构进行表征及测试。结果表明,EAA有效改善了复合膜的亲水性和截留性能。当EAA的质量分数为0.8%时,PES/EAA复合膜的综合性能最佳,与PES基膜相比,PES/EAA复合膜的接触角由68.43°降低至51.81°,纯水通量由8.42 L/(m^(2)·h)提高至153.68 L/(m^(2)·h),对1 g/L的牛血清蛋白溶液的截留率由94.12%提高至99.32%。
Using polyethersulfone(PES)as the film-forming substrate,ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer(EAA)as the additive,polyethylene glycol(PEG)as the porogen,and N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAc)as the solution,PES/EAA composite membrane was prepared by non-solvent induced phase separation method.Effects of the amount of EAA on the permeation flux,anti-fouling performance,hydrophilicity and tensile strength of the PES/EAA composite membrane were studied.Scanning electron microscopy and fourier transform infrared spectrum,pore size distribution test,tensile strength,water contact angle were used to characterize and test the structure of the composite membranes.The results show that EAA effectively improves the hydrophilicity and retention performance of the composite membrane.When the mass fraction of EAA is 0.8%,the PES/EAA composite membrane has the best general properties.At this time,compared with the PES base membrane,the contact angle of the PES/EAA composite membrane is reduced from 68.43°to 51.81°.The pure water flux increases from 8.42 L/(m^(2)·h)to 153.68 L/(m^(2)·h),and the rejection rate of 1 g/L bovine serum albumin solution increases from 94.12%to 99.32%.
