摘要
压力管道属于承压类特种设备,根据标准规定需要定期检验,在检验前需制定检测工艺文件。为缩短工艺制定准备周期、简化工艺制定步骤、减少重复作业,在Qt平台上开发了压力管道检测工艺的计算机辅助设计系统,该系统具备良好的人机交互功能,通过选择或输入基本参数,可自动进行工艺参数计算、制定检测工艺规程、编制检测操作指导书、检测记录模板和报告模版等工艺文件。应用结果表明,该系统可一次性制定大量工艺文件并保证了工艺参数计算的准确性,可将文件电子存档便于随时查看和使用,有效提高了工作效率,满足实际工程应用。
Pressure pipelines belong to pressure-bearing special equipment,which need to be regularly inspected according to the standard,before inspection need to develop testing process documents.In order to shorten the preparation cycle for the development of technology,simplify the process of developing steps to reduce the duplication of work,in the Qt platform developed a computer-aided design of pressure pipeline testing process system,with good human-computer interaction,by selecting or inputting the basic parameters,can be automatically carried out the process of parameter calculations,the development of the testing process,the development of the testing process procedures,preparation of the testing operation instructions,testing record templates and report templates and other process documents.Application results show that the system can be a one-time development of a large number of process documents and ensure the accuracy of the calculation of process parameters,the documents can be electronically archived for easy viewing and use at any time,effectively improve the efficiency of the work to meet the actual engineering applications.
