摘要
稀土元素Nd有助于细化镁合金的晶粒,通过固溶强化和析出强化等机制提高镁合金的室温和高温力学性能,开发新型高强度低成本含Nd镁合金的研究正在逐步增多。详细综述了多个含Nd镁合金系的微观组织与性能,系统分析了不同体系镁合金中析出相的类型、结构与分布,讨论了析出相对合金力学性能、耐蚀性、抗蠕变性的影响。同时介绍了Nd在耐热镁合金和生物镁合金中的研究现状及应用前景。最后针对含Nd镁合金目前研究中存在的问题,提出了一些展望和建议,以期为含Nd镁合金的进一步研究提供一定的参考。
The rare earth element Nd is contributed to refine the grains of magnesium alloys,and the mechanical properties can be improved by solution strengthening and precipitation strengthening at room and high temperature.The research on the new type of Nd-containing magnesium alloys with high strength and low cost is increasing gradually.This article reviews the microstructure and mechanical properties of several Nd-containing magnesium alloy systems in detail.The type,structure and distribution of precipitates in different magnesium alloys are systematically analyzed.The effects of precipitates on mechanical properties,corrosion resistance and creep resistance of alloys are discussed.The research status and application prospects of Nd in heat resistant magnesium alloys and biological magnesium alloys are also introduced.Finally,in view of the existing problems in the current research of Nd-containing magnesium alloy,some prospects and suggestions are proposed,in order to provide some reference for the further research of Nd-containing magnesium alloys.
