摘要
计及共享储能的能源网络具有平等开放、经济高效的特征,是以新能源为主体的新型能源系统发展方向,但共享储能收益和能源用户成本的耦合与相悖限制了上述系统的规划与调度。基于此,文中提出计及共享储能分布式多能源系统规划及多目标优化方法,研究共享储能以及分布式多能源系统机组容量及出力的同步优化,并利用主要目标函数法以及(technique for order perference by similarity to an ideal solution,TOPSIS)法获得了两目标约束下的系统最优配置。对1托4(1个共享储能服务4个分布式能源系统)的模式进行案例分析。结果表明,随着共享储能容量的增加,共享储能运营商收益与分布式多能源系统运行成本组成的非劣解越优,但非劣解改进优化的空间越来越小。
The energy network including shared energy storage is equal,open,economical,and efficient,which is the development direction of new energy system with new energy as entity.However,the coupling and contradiction between the benefits of shared energy storage and the cost of energy users limit the planning and scheduling of the system.On this basis,this paper proposes a multi-objective planning and optimization method for the distributed multi-energy system containing shared energy storage(MDES-SES).The synchronous optimization of unit capacity and output for MDES-SES is investigated as well.The optimal configuration of the system with two objective constraints is obtained by using the main objective function method and TOPSIS method.The operation of 1-4 system(1 shared energy storage serves-4 distributed energy systems)is further analyzed through the proposed optimization method.The results show that with the increase of shared energy storage capacity,the non-inferior solution becomes better,which comes from the compromise between the revenue of shared energy storage and the operating cost of distributed multi-energy system.Despite that,the improvement of the non-inferior solution narrows down with the increase of shared energy storage capacity.
