摘要
煤系地层中的“三气”综合勘探开发对于提高单井产量和整体煤层气开发效益至关重要。然而,由于“三气”共采的复杂性,需要能处理钻进过程中煤岩、页岩和砂岩地层井壁稳定性的钻井液体系,而润湿性对钻井液的降滤失等性能起着关键作用。本文通过分析煤系地层的矿物组成和微观结构,探讨了表面活性剂对表面张力、润湿性和煤系地层孔隙压力传递的影响,揭示了润湿性对典型煤岩与页岩井壁稳定性的影响规律与机理,并优选出“清水+0.005%FB+0.01%YB+0.05%NB”组合的表面活性剂复配体系,为“三气”共采情况下的水基钻井液体系合理设计奠定了基础。
The comprehensive exploration and development of“three gases”in coal-bearing strata are crucial for increasing single-well production and the overall efficiency of coalbed methane development.However,due to the complexity of“three-gas”co-production,a drilling fluid system that can handle the borehole stability of coal,shale and sandstone formations during drilling is needed,and the wettability plays a key role in the filtration reduction and other properties of drilling fluid.This paper analyzes the mineral composition and microstructure of coal-bearing strata,explores the effects of surfactants on surface tension,wettability and pore pressure transmission in coal bearing strata,reveals the influence patterns and mechanisms of drilling fluid wettability on the stability of typical coal and shale boreholes,and selects the surfactant compound system of“clean water+0.005%FB+0.01%YB+0.05%NB”,which laid the foundation for suitable design of water-based drilling fluid systems under“three-gas”co-production conditions.
