锂辉石调整剂及其作用机理研究进展

摘要 在国际锂资源市场震荡态势下,锂辉石作为优质锂资源受到了世界各国的高度重视。为实现锂辉石与其脉石矿物的高效分离,调整剂的选择至关重要。本文介绍了锂辉石及其脉石矿物的晶体结构和表面特性,总结了活化剂、抑制剂的特点和不足,阐述了调整剂的作用机理。金属离子活化能力强但选择性差,将金属离子与捕收剂或小分子有机药剂或小分子无机抑制剂预先组装提高活化剂的选择性是未来重要的研究方向。对于锂辉石-长石-石英体系,未来应着力研发适用于胺类等阳离子捕收剂体系的高选择性抑制剂;而对于锂辉石-绿柱石体系,研发可替代Na2S等有毒药剂的高选择性低毒锂铍分离抑制剂具有重要意义。 In the context of the fluctuating international lithium resource market,spodumene,as a high-quality lithium resource,has received high attention from countries around the world.The selection of adjusting agents is crucial for achieving efficient separation of spodumene and its vein minerals.This article introduces the crystal structure and surface properties of spodumene and its gangue minerals,summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of activators and inhibitors,and elucidates the mechanism of action of adjusters.Metal ions have strong activation ability but poor selectivity.Pre assembling metal ions with collectors,small molecule organic agents,or small molecule inorganic inhibitors to improve the selectivity of activators is an important research direction in the future.For the spodumene feldspar quartz system,future efforts should focus on developing highly selective inhibitors suitable for cationic collector systems such as amines;For the spodumene beryl system,the development of highly selective and low toxicity lithium beryllium separation inhibitors that can replace toxic agents such as Na 2S is of great significance.
