摘要
试验探讨了超高性能混凝土专用纤维相比普通聚丙烯细纤维在物理力学性能方面的优势。该纤维尺寸较大,弹性模量高,硬挺性好,在混凝土中分散均匀,可显著提升工程结构的力学性能,特别是抗弯拉性能,同时增强耐久性及降低自重。通过对比试验,验证了在实际应用中的优越性。此次试验成果已成功应用于TB水电站地下厂房岩壁吊车梁混凝土浇筑中。
The experiment explored the advantages of ultra-high performance concrete specific fibers over ordinary polypropylene fine fibers in terms of physical and mechanical properties.The fiber has a large size,high elastic modulus,good stiffness,and is evenly dispersed in concrete.It can significantly improve the mechanical properties of engineering structures,especially the bending and tensile resistance,while enhancing durability and reducing self weight.Through comparative experiments,the superiority in practical applications has been verified.The results of this experiment have been successfully applied to the concrete pouring of the rock wall crane beam in the underground powerhouse of TB hydropower station.
