摘要
迄今为止,蓝光激发的YAG:Ce^(3+)黄色荧光粉仍在白光发光二极管(light emitting diode,LED)市场上占据很大份额,但这类白光存在红光成分缺失的固有缺陷,因此得到的白光显色指数较低,色温偏高,而依靠稀土离子实现红、绿、蓝三基色调和的白光则能很好地克服这一弊端。本文应用传统水热反应一步合成出一系列与基质同相的Sm^(3+)离子掺杂BaZrO_(3)荧光粉。其X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscopy,SEM)、粒度分布、傅里叶变换红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared spectrum,FT-IR)和荧光光谱(fluorescence spectrum,FL)等测试结果表明,所得产物均呈立方钙钛矿结构,且当更多异价Sm^(3+)取代Zr^(4+)离子后,会引起晶粒尺寸、晶胞常数以及晶格应变等参数的增大。此外,随着Sm^(3+)离子浓度的升高,红外谱峰逐渐蓝移直至Sm^(3+)=3.0 mol%时达最大值,这与通过分子振动频率计算出的结果吻合。最后,基于光谱中宽发射带与Sm^(3+)特征发射峰的相对强度关系证实,在BaZrO_(3)晶体中存在缺陷发光,且当引入Sm^(3+)离子后可实现BaZrO_(3)与Sm^(3+)间的能量传递。
So far,YAG:Ce^(3+)yellow phosphor excited by blue light still holds a large share in the white light emitting diode(LED)market.but it has inherent defects of red light components′deficiency,so the obtained white light has a low color-rendering index and a high color temperature.However,the white light that relies on rare earth ions to achieve the harmony of red,green,and blue primary colors can overcome this drawback effectively.This paper applied traditional hydrothermal reactions to synthesize red phosphor,a series of Sm^(3+)ion doped BaZrO_(3) in the same phase as the substrate in one step and whose test results of X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),particle size distribution,Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR)and fluorescence spectrometer(FL)showed that the obtained products all exhibit a cubic perovskite structure and furthermore,after more heterovalent Sm^(3+)replaced Zr^(4+)ion,parameters,such as grain size,crystal cell parameters,and the lattice strain,were increased.In addition,as the concentration of Sm^(3+)ions increased,the infrared spectrum peak gradually shifted blue until reaching its maximum value at Sm^(3+)=3.0 mol%,which was consistent with the result calculated by molecular vibrational frequency.Finally,the relationship based on the relative intensity between the broad emission band in the spectrum and the characteristic luminescence peak of Sm^(3+)verified that luminescence from defects existed in BaZrO_(3)crystal,and after Sm^(3+)ions were introduced and the energy transmission between BaZrO_(3)and Sm^(3+)could be realized.
