摘要
随着全球人口老龄化的加速发展,城市社区养老问题日益凸显,成为社会各界关注的焦点。社区养老设施作为老年人日常生活的重要载体,其空间设计的合理性与人性化直接关系到老年人的生活质量与幸福感。文章以老年人的行为特征和根本需求为出发点,将养老设施空间需求类型分为活动型养老设施、日托型养老设施、照料型养老设施、托护型养老设施,并总结其不同的设计要点。
With the accelerated development of global population aging,the issue of elderly care in urban communities is becoming increasingly prominent and has become a focus of attention for all walks of society.As an important carrier of daily life for the elderly,the rationality and humanization of the spatial design of community elderly care facilities directly affect the quality of life and happiness of the elderly.Starting from the behavioral characteristics and fundamental needs of the elderly,this paper categorizes the spatial requirements of elderly care facilities into activity-based elderly care facilities,daycare facilities,caregiving facilities,and daycare facilities,and summarizes their different design points.
