摘要
目的比较消毒湿巾与含氯消毒剂对重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)医疗环境中低合格率高频接触物体表面消毒效果,为改进ICU高频接触物体表面消毒方法提供参考依据。方法2022年7至8月对达州市中心医院ICU病房内10个高频接触点位进行随机采样,筛选出物表消毒合格率较低的前5个点位作为研究对象,采用复合醇消毒湿巾、过氧化氢消毒湿巾以及超细纤维布巾+500 mg/L含氯制剂3种消毒方法对ICU高频接触的物体表面进行擦拭消毒,分别于消毒前、消毒后1 h、2 h及4 h采样并进行细菌平均菌落数检测,采用卡方检验比较消毒湿巾与含氯消毒剂消毒前及消毒后不同时刻细菌菌落数合格率差异,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果过氧化氢消毒湿巾消毒前后消毒效果差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.901,P=0.005),且消毒效果明显优于含氯消毒剂消毒效果(χ^(2)=4.766,P=0.029)。复合醇消毒湿巾组与过氧化氢消毒湿巾组均在消毒后2 h消毒效果最佳,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.455,P=0.02;χ^(2)=5.192,P=0.023)。结论过氧化氢消毒湿巾对医疗机构ICU环境物表消毒效果较好,且随着时间的推移会降低消毒剂的有效性,在2 h时效果最佳,提示ICU高频接触物体表面可使用过氧化氢消毒湿巾来满足消毒需求。
Objective To compare the effect of disinfectant wipes and chlorine-containing disinfectant on the disinfection of high-frequency contact object surfaces with low pass rate in the ICU medical environment,and to provide reference for improving the method of disinfecting on the surfaces of high-frequency contact object in ICU.Methods Ten high-frequency contact points in ICU wards were randomly sampled from July to August in 2022,and the first five points with low qualification rate of object surface disinfection were screened out as the study objects,and three disinfection methods,namely,compound alcohol disinfectant wet wipes,hydrogen peroxide disinfectant wet wipes,and microfiber cloth wipes+500 mg/L chlorine-containing disinfectant,were used to disinfect the surface of the objects with high-frequency contact in ICU.Samples were collected before disinfection,1 h,2 h and 4 h after disinfection,the average colony number of bacteria was detected by using the chi-square test to compare disinfectant wipes and chlorine disinfectant disinfection before and after disinfection of different moments of bacterial qualification rate differences,the difference P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results The difference in disinfection effect before and after disinfection was statistically significant in hydrogen peroxide disinfectant wet wipes group(χ^(2)=7.901,P=0.005),and the disinfection effect was significantly better than that of chlorine-containing disinfectant(χ^(2)=4.766,P=0.029).The disinfection effect of using hydrogen peroxide disinfectant wet wipes and compound alcohol disinfectant wet wipes was best at 2 h after disinfection,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.455,P=0.02;χ^(2)=5.192,P=0.023).Conclusions Hydrogen peroxide disinfectant wipes are more effective in disinfecting the environmental surfaces of ICU in medical institutions,and the effectiveness of the disinfectant decreases with time,with the best effect at 2 h,suggesting that ICU with high-frequency contact with the surface of the object can be used to meet the disinfection needs of the disinfectant wipes with hydrogen peroxide.
