摘要
智慧课堂是当前教育信息化2.0阶段的重要实践形式之一,推动着教学生态的重构,是实现教育形态向数字化、智慧化转变的主战场,有助于促进信息技术与教育教学的深度融合。基于深度学习视角,通过构建智慧教学环境、准备教学资源和建设智慧型教师队伍三方面构建人力资源管理概论课程的智慧课堂教学模式,实现教学目标、教学程序、评价体系的优化重构,教学实践反馈良好,为高校智慧课堂教学提供了模式参考和指导。
Smart classroom is one of the important practical forms in the current 2.0 stage of education informatization.It promotes the reconstruction of teaching ecology,is the main battle field to realize the transformation of education form to digitalization and intelligence,and helps to promote the deep integration of technology and teaching.Based on the perspective of deep learning,the intelligent classroom teaching mode of human resource management introduction course is realized from three aspects,including the construction of intelligent teaching environment,preparing teaching resources and building a team of intelligent teachers,realizing the optimization and reconstruction of teaching objectives,procedures and evaluation system,and the teaching practice feedback is good.It provides the mode reference and guidance for the teaching of intelligent classroom in colleges and universities.
