基于物联网的造纸过程监控与控制系统设计与实践

摘要 造纸业是一种技术密集型产业,造纸工业发展情况与一个国家的经济发展水平、文化发展有密切的关系。为达成提升造纸生产效率、控制品质、节能环保等要求,造纸企业应对造纸过程进行监控和分析。这有利于企业合理调整造纸生产环节各项参数或保护造纸生产线昂贵的设施,对优化整个造纸过程、推进造纸企业大规模发展具有重要的意义。基于此,以造纸业为对象,在深入分析造纸生产实现流程基础上,基于物联网技术设计造纸过程监控与控制系统,详细介绍系统制浆调节、数据采集、纸病诊断等模块设计情况,并对其安全性等指标展开测试。本次测试结果表明,所设计的监控与控制系统能满足造纸生产过程监控和控制要求,支持全方位监控造纸生产现场,以期推进造纸业可持续发展。 As a technology-intensive industry,the development of paper industry is closely related to the economic development level and cultural development of a country.In order to meet the requirements of production efficiency,quality control,energy conservation and environmental protection of papermaking enterprises,papermaking enterprises should monitor and analyze the papermaking process,which is conducive to the reasonable adjustment of various parameters of papermaking production links or the protection of expensive facilities of papermaking production lines,which is of great significance for optimizing the entire papermaking process and promoting the large-scale development of papermaking enterprises.Based on the in-depth analysis of the papermaking production process,the papermaking process monitoring and control system is designed based on the Internet of Things technology,and the design of modules such as pulping adjustment,data collection,and paper disease diagnosis is introduced in detail,and its safety and other indicators are tested.The test results show that the designed monitoring and control system meets the requirements of monitoring and control of the papermaking production process,supports the all-round monitoring of the requirements of the papermaking production site,and promotes the sustainable development of the paper industry.
