摘要
如今,各领域逐渐认识到战略管理对企业长久稳定发展的重要性,在新的形势下,对中小型企业的战略管理提出了更高的要求。基于此,简述了某纸业公司战略管理的意义,介绍了常用的战略分析工具,基于波特“五力”模型分析了企业内部资源环境、外部发展环境和行业竞争环境,采用SWOT分析法建立战略矩阵,制订了适合企业自身发展的总体发展战略和职能发展战略,并从企业文化、风险管控、组织架构等方面提出切实可行的保障对策,为某纸业公司发展战略实施保驾护航。
Nowadays,all fields gradually realize the importance of strategic management for the long-term and stable development of enterprises,in the new situation,the strategic management of small and medium-sized enterprises put forward higher requirements.Based on this,this paper briefly describes the significance of strategic management of small and medium-sized paper products enterprises,introduces common strategic analysis tools,analyzes the internal resource environment,external development environment and industry competition environment based on Porter's"five forces"model,establishes the strategic matrix by SWOT analysis,and formulates the overall development strategy and functional development strategy suitable for the enterprise's own development.And from the aspects of corporate culture,risk management and control,organizational structure and other practical countermeasures are proposed to protect the development strategy of small and medium-sized paper manufacturing enterprises.
