摘要
双师型教师作为发展职业教育的关键力量,其心理健康不仅关系到个人发展,也对学生和教育质量产生深远影响。在界定双师型教师心理健康内涵的基础上,分析双师型教师心理健康问题在职业倦怠、抑郁、焦虑上的具体表现,并探讨产生这些问题的个体因素、职业角色冲突、社会认可度不足等成因,最后提出规范职业准入门槛、建立心理健康和师德师风融通的培育体系、完善心理健康支持体系以及双师型教师的自我教育等提升双师型教师心理健康水平的策略,旨在构建一个促进双师型教师全面发展的支持性环境。
Dual-qualified teachers,as a key force in the development of vocational education,their mental health is not only related to personal development but also has a profound impact on students and the quality of education.Based on the connotation of mental health of dual-qualified teachers,this paper analyzes the specific manifestations of mental health problems in dual-qualified teachers in terms of job burnout,depression and anxiety,and explores the causes of these problems,including individual factors,occupational role conflicts and insufficient social recognition.Finally,strategies to improve the mental health level of dual-qualified teachers are proposed,including standardizing the professional entry threshold,establishing a training system that integrates mental health and teacher ethics,improving the mental health support system and promoting self-education of dual-qualified teachers,so as to build a supportive environment that promotes the comprehensive development of dual-qualified teachers.
