固体氧化物燃料电池内温度分布测量技术进展

摘要 温度分布是决定固体氧化物燃料电池(Solid oxide fuel cell, SOFC)单电池/电堆性能的重要参数,也是导致SOFC电堆内各部件产生热应力的关键所在。全面了解SOFC单电池/电堆在真实工作状态下的温度分布,对于研究其基本工作性能,分析和缓解其性能衰减,延长其使用寿命具有至关重要的作用,在强化电池性能、改进电池结构以及完善电池模型等方面具有重要的指导意义。本文介绍了SOFC内温度分布的各种实验测量技术原理及其应用,分析并评述了各测温技术应用到SOFC温度测量研究中的优缺点及其适用场合,这对SOFC单电池/电堆的热特性准确性测量和性能分析具有参考价值。 Real time temperature distribution of solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC)single cell/stacks is an important parameter to determine its performance.And it is also the crucially responsible for the thermal stress of components in SOFC stacks.It is significant to understand comprehensively the temperature distribution of SOFC single cell/stacks under real working conditions for studying its fundamental working performance,analyzing and retarding its high temperature related performance degradation and lengthen its lifetimes.In addition,the work is of great importance and instructive for strengthening SOFC single cell/stacks performance,optimizing its structure,and improving its more reliable numerical modeling.This paper introduces the principles and applications of various experimental measurement technologies for temperature distribution in SOFC single cell/stacks.The advantages,disadvantages and suitable for application aspects of these technologies in the research of SOFC single cell/stacks temperature measurement are analyzed,commented and reviewed.This paper provides reference value for the accurate measurement of thermal characteristics and performance analysis of SOFC single cell/stacks.
