基于Unity3D的矿热炉全自动配上料系统可视化设计研究与应用

摘要 针对硅基合金材料制造企业冶炼过程中原料配比不准确、上料量不易精确控制,生产过程实时性差,生产效率低下等问题,开发一种基于Unity3D的矿热炉全自动配上料可视化数字孪生系统,实现了矿热炉全自动配上料系统实时运行状态、物料信息数据和运维数据的可视化展示,使硅基合金材料制造企业自动化、绿色化、数字化水平得到全面提升。 In response to the problems of inaccurate raw material ratio,difficulty in precise control of feeding amount,poor real-time performance of production process,and low production efficiency in the smelting process of silicon-based alloy manufacturing enterprises,a fully automatic feeding visualization digital twin system based on Unity3D for submerged arc furnaces has been developed.The real-time operation status,material information data,and operation and maintenance data of the fully automatic feeding system for submerged arc furnaces have been visualized,which has comprehensively improved the automation,greening,and digitalization level of silicon-based alloy manufacturing enterprises.
