220kV及以下电压等级变电站带电作业平台的研制及应用

摘要 在变电站等高压电力设施中,进行带电作业的需求不断增加,但受到变电站空间、环境的影响,目前大多数情况还是作业人员通过攀爬等途径进入高压电场,存在作业强度大、安全隐患大、耗时耗力的问题;随着变电带电作业的发展,利用绝缘平台进行变电带电作业检修成为带电作业领域的一大热点,而针对变电站的带电作业平台设计仍处于初步发展的阶段,为了确保操作人员的安全,需要可靠、灵活且高精度的带电作业平台支持;本文研制了一种220 kV及以下电压等级开展等电位带电作业的新型履带式绝缘平台;该平台有其独特的设计与功能,旨在为220 kV及以下电压等级变电站带电作业提升作业效率,保障操作人员安全。 In substation and other high-voltage power facilities,the demand for live working is increasing,but due to the influence of substation space and environment,at present,most workers enter the high-voltage electric field through climbing and other means,which has the problems of high working intensity,great safety hazard and time-consuming and labor-consuming.With the development of substation live working,the maintenance of substation live working with insulating platform has become a hot spot in the field of live working,but the design of substation live working platform is still in the initial development stage.In order to ensure the safety of operators,reliable,flexible and high-precision live working platform support is needed.In this paper,a new type of crawler insulation platform for equipotential live working at voltage level of 220 kV and below is developed.The platform has its unique design and function,which aims to improve the working efficiency and ensure the safety of operators for live working in substations with voltage levels of 220 kV and below.
