防撞鸟巢式护理联合腹部按摩在新生儿高胆红素血症患儿中的应用

摘要 目的探讨防撞鸟巢式护理联合腹部按摩在新生儿高胆红素血症患儿中的应用效果。方法58例接受蓝光治疗的新生儿高胆红素血症患儿随机分为两组。参照组实施常规护理干预,研究组实施防撞鸟巢式护理联合腹部按摩干预。比较两组的哭闹时间、高胆红素血症消退时间、睡眠时间以及不良反应。结果研究组的哭闹时间、高胆红素血症消退时间均短于参照组,睡眠时间长于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应总发生率为3.45%,低于参照组的27.59%(P<0.05)。结论防撞鸟巢式护理联合腹部按摩可明显延长新生儿高胆红素血症患儿的睡眠时间,缩短其哭闹时间和高胆红素血症消失时间,减少不良反应的发生。 Objective To explore the application effect of anti-collision bird-nest care combined with abdominal massage in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia.Methods A total of 58 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia treated with blue light were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given anti-collision bird-nest care combined with abdominal massage intervention.The crying time,hyperbilirubinemia regression time,sleeping time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The crying time and hyperbilirubinemia regression time in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the sleeping time was longer than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.45%,lower than 27.59%in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Anti-collision bird-nest care combined with abdominal massage can obviously prolong the sleeping time of neonates with hyperbilirubinemia,shorten their crying time and hyperbilirubinemia regression time,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
