摘要
为了分析不同状态下扭杆部件的疲劳性能表现,本文首先分析了扭杆的疲劳受力情况和实际工作过程中常见的疲劳断裂部位,并进一步研究了影响扭杆疲劳性能的几大影响因素:材料特性、结构设计、加工方式和热处理形式。通过疲劳拉伸试验,发现等温淬火热处理显著优于QT热处理,而加工工艺对疲劳性能影响不明显。通过分析以期指导生产制造中的扭杆实际工艺的优化,进而提高扭杆整体刚度及可靠性。
In order to analyze the fatigue performance of the torsion bar components under different conditions, the fatigue stress of the torsion bar and the common fatigue fracture parts in the actual working process are first analyzed. Several main factors affecting the fatigue performance of the torsion bar are further analyzed. Material characteristics, structural design, processing methods and heat treatment forms. By setting the fatigue tensile test, the fatigue properties of the torsion bar under different heat treatment conditions and processing conditions are compared. The characteristics of the torsion bar after austempering heat treatment are obviously better than those after QT heat treatment. The processing technology has no obvious change in the fatigue characteristics of the torsion bar, and the fracture is the thin rod part. Through the analysis, it is expected to guide the optimization of the actual process of the torsion bar in the production and manufacturing, and then improve the overall stiffness and reliability of the torsion bar.
