摘要
目的探究低剂量CT扫描对儿童鼻实炎的诊断价值。方法研究时间为2022年1月-2022年12月,研究对象为此期间我院收治的92例儿童鼻窦炎患者。通过随机数表法将入组患儿分为2组,每组46例。检测过程中,对照组使用常规剂量,观察组使用低剂量,对2组患儿的诊断准确率及CT影响特征进行对比。结果检测准确率,观察组为95.65%,对照组为84.78%,观察组略高于对照组,但差异较小(P>0.05)。图像分级比较,两组间差异不明显(P>0.05),无统计学意义。扫描后剂量长度乘积(DLP)、所受辐射剂量加权(CTD1)比较,均为观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在儿童鼻窦炎诊断中,使用低剂量CT扫描效果理想,具有较高使用价值。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of low dose CT scanning in children with sinusitis.Methods The study period was from January 2022 to December 2022.The subjects were 92 children with sinusitis admitted to our hospital during this period.The enrolled children were divided into 2 groups with 46 cases in each group by random number table method.In the process of detection,the control group was given conventional dose and the observation group was given low dose.The diagnostic accuracy and CT influence characteristics of the two groups were compared.Results The accuracy of detection was 95.65%in the observation group and 84.78%in the control group,which was slightly higher than that in the control group,but the difference was small(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was no statistical significance.After scanning,the dose length product(DLP)and radiation dose weighting(CTDI)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of sinusitis in children,low-dose CT scan has ideal effect and high value.
