摘要
目的讨论耳石复位联合针灸治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕对患者症状的改善效果。方法入选120例良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者主要于2021年1月-2022年9月参与前瞻性试验,以分层抽样法随机分为对照组60例与研究组60例。对照组单纯接受耳石复位治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合针灸治疗。观察指标:疗效、中医症候积分、随访6个月内复发率。结果研究组疗效总有效率达到95%,明显高于对照组疗效总有效率的73.33%,P<0.05。治疗2周后研究组视物旋转感、头重、胸闷、四肢乏力、恶心呕吐中医症候积分均明显比对照组低,P<0.05。研究组随访6个月内复发率仅为8.33%,明显低于对照组随访6个月内复发率的33.33%,P<0.05。结论耳石复位联合针灸治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕病症可提高疗效,改善患者临床症状,降低病情复发机率,值得推广。
Objective To discuss the improvement effect of otolith reduction combined with acupuncture on benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.Methods A total of 120 patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo were enrolled in the prospective trial mainly from January 2021 to September 2022,and were randomly divided into control group(60 cases)and study group(60 cases)by stratified sampling method.The control group was treated with otolith reduction alone,and the study group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Outcomes:Efficacy,TCM symptom score,recurrence rate within 6 months.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%),P<0.05.After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms of visual rotation,head weight,chest tightness,limb weakness,nausea and vomiting in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The recurrence rate of the study group was 8.33%after 6 months of follow-up,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(33.33%),P<0.05.Conclusion Otolith resetting combined with acupuncture in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo can improve the curative effect,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the recurrence rate of the disease,and is worth promoting.
