摘要
针对传统的硫酸干吸工序泵槽负压控制装置存在的固有缺陷,提出了一种新型泵槽负压控制装置改造方案并加以实施。改造完成后,实现了干吸工序各泵槽均衡稳定的微负压控制,同时解决了传统负压控制装置带来的其他问题。通过此次干吸泵槽负压控制装置的改造和应用实践,进一步提出了对应的干吸泵槽结构优化方案,为新型泵槽负压抽气装置的推广应用提供了更为合理的方案。
In response to the inherent defects of the traditional sulphuric acid drying and absorption process pump tank negative pressure control device,a new pump tank negative pressure control device renovation plan is proposed and implemented.After the renovation,a balanced and stable micro negative pressure control was achieved for each pump slot in the dry suction process,while solving other problems caused by traditional negative pressure control devices.Through the transformation and application practice of the negative pressure control device for the drying and absorption pump slot,a corresponding optimization scheme for the structure of the dry and absorption pump slot has been further proposed,providing a more reasonable solution for the promotion and application of new pump slot negative pressure pumping devices.
