碱提取-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定特殊医学用途配方粉中碘元素含量

Determination of iodine content in formula powders for special medical purposes by alkaline extraction-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

摘要 样品采用氢氧化钾溶液提取液后加入稳定剂,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪-有机物添加在线内标的方式对碘元素进行定量测定,并采用表面活性剂进行实时在线冲洗,检测过程可在2小时内完成。实验对碱液提取条件和仪器检测条件均进行了优化和探讨,在优化的条件下,碘元素线性相关系数大于0.999,检出限可达到μg/kg级别,三水平加标回收率在90.2%至93.7%之间。此方法前处理简便,检测时间短,且精密度高、准确性好。 Sample pre-treatment involves extracting with potassium hydroxide solution and then adding stabilizers.Quantitative determination of iodine element using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with organic matter addition as an online internal standard,and real time online flushing using surfactants.The detection process can be completed within 2 hours.The experiment optimized and explored the conditions for alkaline extraction and instrument detection.Under optimized conditions,the linear correlation coefficient of iodine element is greater than 0.999,and the detection limit was up toμg/kg.The recovery rate of three-level spiking is between 90.2%and 93.7%.This method has simple pre-processing,short detection time,high precision,and good accuracy.
