摘要
特种设备通常需要考虑其安全性、可靠性,以往安全阀校验和数据管理多依赖人工操作,非专业技术人员参与、沟通不畅、时间延迟等问题严重影响了校验效率与数据准确率,给安全阀检验带来诸多不便,增加了特种设备的使用风险。本文通过深入探索安全阀校验和数据管理系统设计以提升校验效率,解决现有问题,通过提高效率和精准度、履行工作职责、把握校验和数据管理灵活性实现安全阀校验和数据管理的网络化、数字化、信息化。
Special equipment usually needs to consider its safety and reliability.In the past,safety valve calibration and data management mostly relied on manual operation.Problems such as non-professional technical personnel's participation,poor communication and time delay seriously affected the calibration efficiency and data accuracy,which brought a lot of inconvenience to the safety valve inspection and increased the use risk of special equipment.In this paper,the design of safety valve calibration and data management system is deeply explored to improve the efficiency of calibration and solve the existing problems.By improving efficiency and accuracy,fulfilling work responsibilities,grasping the flexibility of calibration and data management,the network,digitization and informatization of safety valve calibration and data management are realized.
