摘要
通过对香料香精产业发展现状及天然香料研究进展的调研和分析,探究科技如何促进该产业高质量发展。采用VOSViewer、incoPat等分析工具对香料香精相关文献及专利进行检索与分析,共检索中英文文献2775篇,有效专利10986件。“分析”“生产”“合成”“精油”等为相关文献高频关键词,是天然香料研究热点集中领域。云南天然香料有优势,并以烟草专利为特色主题。调研结果显示,未来天然香料将继续成为研究热点,其应用领域呈现多元化趋势。
Through the investigation and analysis on the development status of flavors and fragrances industry and the research progress of natural flavor,how science and technology could promote the high-quality development of the industry were explored in this paper.VOSViewer,incoPat and other analytical tools were used to search and analyse the literature and patents related to fragrance and flavor,then 2775 Chinese and English literatures were searched,and 10986 valid patents were obtained.The keywords of“analysis”,“production”,“synthesis”and“essential oil”were high-frequency keywords in relevant literature,which were the hot research areas of natural flavors and fragrances.Yunnan natural flavor had advantages and featured tobacco patents as a special theme.The research results show that natural flavors will continue to be a research hotspot in the future,and their application fields show a diversified trend.
