摘要
以高岭土、滑石、钾长石、方解石和石英等为主要原材料,完整谷壳为成孔剂,通过压制成型后烧成具有低密度的多孔陶瓷保水砖,研究了谷壳掺量和烧成温度对保水砖性能的影响。采用XRD、SEM、EDS等测试手段分别对样品的物相、显微结构和局部成分进行了表征。研究结果表明,当谷壳掺量为30%时,经1020℃烧成,多孔陶瓷保水砖密度为0.59 g/cm^(3),孔隙率为75%,保水率为72.62%,日均蒸发量为0.5 mm/d,抗压强度为2.26 MPa,多孔陶瓷保水砖由孔隙和骨架构成,骨架上含有小孔,形成了SiO_(2)和Mg_(2)Al_(4)Si_(5)O_(18)主晶相。
Using kaolin,talc,potassium feldspar,calcite and quartz as the main raw materials,and intact grain hulls as the pore-forming agent,the porous ceramic water-retaining bricks with low density were prepared by pressing and moulding and then fired,and the effects of grain hulls doping and firing temperature on the properties of porous ceramic water-retaining bricks were investigated.The phy sical phase,microstructure and local composition of the samples were characterized by XRD,SEM and EDS.The results showed that when the grain husk was doped with 30%and fired at 1020℃,the density of porous ceramic water-retaining bricks was 0.59 g/cm^(3),the porosity was 75%,the water retention rate was 72.62%,the average daily evaporation was 0.5 mm/d,and the compressive strength was 2.26 MPa,and porous ceramic water-retaining bricks consisted of pores and skeleton,which contained small pores and formed SiO_(2)and Mg_(2)Al_(4)Si_(5)O_(18)main crystal phase.
