摘要
准确测量单井含水率是掌握油井生产动态的重要手段和主要任务,也是制定注水井配水方案的重要依据。单井含水率的传统测量主要采用人工采样的测试方法,测量数据为点样,不能代表油井含水率的真实情况。随着微波含水仪的推广应用,实现了对稀油(原油50℃,黏度小于400 mPa·s)单井含水率的实时在线精确测量。吉7井区为稠油油藏,采用常温注水开发,井口采出液温度仅为28℃左右,稠油黏度高,常规微波含水仪在吉7稠油单井应用时,原油容易附着在含水仪探头上,严重影响测量精度,为了实现微波含水率分析仪在稠油区块的成功应用,需开发一种适用于稠油的微波含水率在线检测仪。通过微波含水仪的技术改进,采用减小流动面积、提高流速、使用探针防粘涂层、提高探针温度等技术措施,有效解决了含水仪探针中原油粘附的问题,将稠油含水率的测量误差从20%~30%降低到5%以内;解决了原油黏度在400~2500 mPa·s范围内的稠油单井含水率精确测量的问题;实现了吉7稠油单井含水率实时在线测量100%全覆盖,为吉7井区实施无人值守数字化巡井模式奠定了坚实基础。
Accurately measuring the water content of a single well is an important means and main task for mastering the production performance of oil wells,and it is also an important basis for formulating water injection well distribution plans.The traditional measurement of water content in a single well mainly uses manual sampling testing methods,and the measurement data is point sampling,which cannot represent the true situation of water content in the oil well.With the promotion and application of microwave water content analyzers,real-time online accurate measurement of water content in single wells of thin oil(crude oil with viscosity less than 400 mPa·s at 50℃)has been achieved.The Ji-7 well area is a heavy oil reservoir,which is developed by injecting water at room temperature.The temperature of the produced liquid at the wellhead is only about 28℃,and the viscosity of the heavy oil is high.When the conventional microwave water content analyzer is applied to the Ji-7 heavy oil single well,the crude oil is easily attached to the water content analyzer probe,which seriously affects the measurement accuracy.In order to achieve the successful application of microwave water content analyzer in heavy oil blocks,it is necessary to develop a microwave water content online detector suitable for heavy oil.By improving the technology of microwave water content analyzer,measures such as reducing the flow area,increasing the flow rate,developing anti-sticking coating for probes,and increasing the probe temperature have been taken to effectively solve the problem of oil adhesion in the water content analyzer probe.The measurement error of heavy oil water content has been reduced from 20-30%to within 5%and the precise measurement problem of water content in heavy oil single wells with viscosity ranging from 400 to 2500 mPa·s has been solved.Real-time online measurement of water content in single wells of Ji-7 heavy oil has been achieved with 100%full coverage,laying a solid foundation for the implementation of unmanned digital well patrol mode in the Ji-7 well area.
