摘要
安全与环境保护规范化管理不仅是保障高校化学类实验室健康发展的基石,更是平安校园建设的重要内容。近几年,高校化学实验室安全事故时有发生,教育部先后发布了一系列实验室安全的文件,以促进各高校在化学实验室安全与环境保护方面进行大胆的尝试和实践,取得了较好的成效,整体管理水平显著提升。文章以华中科技大学化学与化工学院为例,从人防、物防、技防方面,介绍了高校化学实验室在安全与环境保护规范化的实践探索。
The standardized management of security and environmental protection is not only the cornerstone to ensure the healthy development of chemical laboratories of university,but also an essential component of safe campus construction.In recent years,happen occasionally safety accidents have occurred in chemical laboratories of colleges and universities.After a series of laboratory safety document methods have been issued by the department in charge of education,many positive results have been achieved in university laboratory safety management after bold experiment and practice.The overall management level has been enhanced signif icantly.Taking School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering in Huazhong University of Science and Technology as an example,the practice and exploration of standardized security and environmental protection are introduced for colleges and universities chemical laboratories from the aspect of human defense,item prevention and technical intervention.
