摘要
为探究低磷胁迫对甜菜各生物量指标的影响,开发耐低磷品种,以40份甜菜品种为试材,分别施浇含100μmol/L和1μmol/L KH_(2)PO_(4)的1/2 Hoagland营养液,对供试甜菜种子进行了水培实验处理,培养30 d,测定根鲜质量、柄鲜质量、叶鲜质量、根干质量、柄干质量、叶干质量、SPAD、叶面积和根长9个生物量指标,采用隶属函数法对供试甜菜品种苗期耐低磷能力进行了综合评价.结果显示:9个生物量指标耐低磷系数存在不同程度的变异,变异系数范围在11.05%~29.54%;通过主成分分析提取了5个主成分因子,累积贡献率达90.87%;通过聚类分析,将40份甜菜品种分为高耐低磷型、耐低磷型、不耐低磷型和低磷敏感型4种类型,筛选出KWS7106,SM-412和F04-8FS 3个高耐低磷型甜菜品种;通过逐步回归分析得出9个生物量指标耐低磷系数可作为鉴定甜菜种质耐低磷性指标.研究结果可为甜菜耐低磷品种初步鉴定提供参考.
In order to investigate the effect of low phosphorus stress on the biomass of sugar beet and to develop low phosphorus tolerance varieties,40 sugar beet varieties were used as test materials,and 1/2 Hoagland nutrient solution containing 100μmol/L and 1μmol/L KH_(2)PO_(4) was applied to the test sugar beet seeds in the hydroponics experimental treatment,and the seeds were cultivated for 30 d.Root fresh weight,stalk fresh weight,leaf fresh weight,root dry weight,stalk dry weight,leaf dry weight,leaf dry weight,SPAD,leaf area and root length were measured,and the ability of the test sugar beet varieties to tolerate low phosphorus in the seedling stage was comprehensively evaluated by using the method of the affiliation function.The results showed that the coefficients of low phosphorus tolerance of the nine indexes had different degrees of variation,with the coefficients of variation ranging from 11.05%to 29.54%;five principal component factors were extracted by principal component analysis,with a cumulative contribution rate of 90.87%;40 sugar beet varieties were classified into four types,namely,high tolerance to low phosphorus,low phosphorus tolerance,intolerant of low phosphorus and low phosphorus sensitive,by clustering analysis,and were screened out.KWS7106,SM-412 and F04-8FS were selected as three sugar beet varieties with high tolerance to low phosphorus.Through stepwise regression analysis,nine indexes of low phosphorus tolerance coefficients could be used as indicators for identifying germplasm resistance to low phosphorus,and the results could provide a reference for the preliminary identification of low phosphorus tolerance varieties of sugar beet.
