摘要
随着产业转型升级换代,职业本科人才的需求量越来越大。做好职业本科人才培养必须对人才培养规格有正确认识和理解,依据反映新时代党的教育方针、国家职业教育法及相关职业教育的文件精神,制定体现职业本科人才培养规格的人才培养方案,深化职业本科人才培养方式改革与创新,走专业理论知识教育与职业技能训练并行之路。
With the transformation and upgrading of industries,the demand for vocational undergraduate talents is increasing.In order to cultivate vocational undergraduate talents,it is necessary to have correct understanding of the cultivation standards of vocational undergraduate talents.According to the Party’s educational policy,the National Vocational Education Law and related vocational education documents in the new era,the talent cultivation plan reflecting the cultivation specifications of vocational undergraduates is formulated,the reform and innovation of the training mode of vocational undergraduates is deepened,and the road to professional theoretical knowledge education and vocational skill training is taken.
