摘要
我国数字化转型已经进入快车道,探究其影响成为当前热点话题。文章基于中国A股上市公司2012—2022年数据,建立固定效应模型,并通过中介效应分析探究企业数字化转型对企业价值的影响和传导机制。研究结果发现,企业数字化转型有效提高了企业价值;中介效应检验结果发现,数字化转型会助推提高企业的风险承担,进而促进企业价值的提高。研究结论为企业数字化转型促进企业价值的内在机理研究提供了微观证据。
Digital transformation in our country has entered the fast lane,and exploring its impact has become a hot topic.Based on the data of China's A-share listed companies from 2012 to 2022,this paper establishes the fixed-effect model,and explores the impact and transmission mechanism of enterprise digital transformation on enterprise value through intermediary effect analysis.The results show that enterprise digital transformation can improve enterprise value effectively.The results of intermediary effect test show that digital transformation can promote the increase of enterprise risk-taking,and then promote the improvement of enterprise value.The research conclusion provides micro evidence for the internal mechanism of enterprise digital transformation to promote enterprise value.
