摘要
新时代背景下,开展高校大学生职业生涯规划课程,关注学生个人发展,为学生指明专业方向,增强学生的就业竞争力和职场适应能力,从而为社会的发展做出贡献。但以往的高校大学生职业生涯规划课程状况并不乐观,归根结底,部分职业生涯规划课程的指导教师不专业、学生学习意识不强、对社会环境认知较弱且教育形式单一。为了改变此种情况,高校应该根据职业生涯规划课程现状分析具体的应对策略,优化大学生职业生涯规划教育,为其将来的职业发展奠定基础。
Under the background of the new era,we will carry out career planning courses for college students,pay attention to students'personal development,point out the professional direction for students,enhance students employment competitiveness and workplace adaptability,so as to make contributions to the development of society.However,the previous situation of career planning courses is not optimistic.In the final analysis,some instructors of career planning courses are not professional,students'learning awareness is not strong,their cognition of social environment is weak and the education form is single.In order to change this situation,colleges and universities should analyze the specific coping strategies according to the current situation of career planning courses,optimize the education of college students'career planning,and lay a foundation for their future career development.
