Sc含量对6061/AZ31B复合板微观组织及性能的影响

Effects of Sc Contents on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 6061/AZ31B Composite Plate

摘要 以AZ31B作为基板、不同Sc含量(0、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%)进行合金化处理的6061液态金属作为浇覆材料,制备固-液铸轧6061/AZ31B复合板。采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜以及XRD分析合金的显微组织和相组成,并对其力学性能进行测试。结果表明,不同Sc含量下的复合板冶金结合界面厚度并未发生明显变化,均为5μm左右,但铝基体的晶粒明显细化。Sc含量为0.2%时,对铝基体晶粒细化效果最好,复合板表现出理想的力学性能,其中抗拉强度和剪切强度分别达到峰值234.841 MPa和70.032 MPa,较未添加Sc的合金分别提高了22.0%和69.3%。 Taking AZ31B as substrates and 6061 liquid metals with different Sc contents(0,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%)as casting materials,6061/AZ31B composite plate was solid-liquid rolled.The microstructure and phase com⁃positions of alloys were analyzed by OM、SEM and XRD,and mechanical properties were tested.The results indicate that the thicknesses of bonding interface of composite plates with different Sc contents have little change,which are all about 5μm,while grains are significant refined.The refinement effect is optimal with Sc content of 0.2%,and compos⁃ite plates exhibit desirable mechanical properties,where the tensile strength and shear strength reach peak values of 234.841 MPa and 70.032 MPa,respectively,which is 22.0%and 69.3%higher than those of ones without Sc addition.
