摘要
本研究以13份来自不同地区的无芒雀麦(Bromus inermis Legss.)为研究对象,以‘乌苏1号’无芒雀麦为对照,对其农艺性状、草产量和营养品质进行比较,并运用聚类分析、灰色关联度对14份无芒雀麦进行综合评价。发现与对照相比,13份无芒雀麦在农艺性状、草产量和营养品质上呈现不同的差异。株高、茎粗随种植年份的增加呈递增趋势,而茎节数、倒二叶宽呈递减趋势,农艺性状变异系数在5.70%~17.56%之间,其中倒二叶宽的变异系数最大。鲜草产量和干草产量随种植年份的增加而提高,两年累积干草产量最高的是材料X3,产量为29044.92 kg·hm^(-2)。在2023年,有6份材料的粗蛋白含量超过了2022年,14份无芒雀麦的粗脂肪和粗灰分含量、相对饲用价值均低于2022年。通过灰色关联度的综合评价,发现材料X2的加权关联度最高,其可作为选育适宜新疆地区生长的优良无芒雀麦材料。
Thirteen smooth brome(Bromus Inermis)from different regions and B.inermis Leyss.‘WusuNo.1’as the control were evaluated to compare their agronomic traits,forage yield,and nutritional quality.The comprehensive evaluation of 14 B.inermis was performed using cluster analyses and gray relational.Compared to the control,13 B.inermis exhibited distinct differences in agronomic traits,forage yield and nutritional quality.Plant height and stem diameter showed an increasing trend with the increase of cultivation years,while node number and inverted second leaf width showed a decreasing trend.The coefficient of variation for agronomic traits ranges between 5.70%and 17.56%,and the coefficient of variation of inverted second leaf width was the largest.The yield of fresh grass and hay showed an increasing trend with the increase of cultivation years,and the highest cumulative hay yield over two years was X3,with a yield of 29044.92 kg·hm^(-2).In 2023,the crude protein contents of six materials exceeded those in 2022,while the crude fat and crude ash content,as well as the relative feed value of the 14 B.inermis,were all lower than in 2022.The grey correlation degree was used to evaluate 14 B.inermis.Through comprehensive evaluation using the grey relation analysis,X2 had the highest weighted relational degree,making it the optimal B.inermis material suitable for cultivation in Xinjiang.
