摘要
利用酪氨酸酶L-多巴速率氧化法,测定铁皮石斛分别和人参、葛根提取物组合对酪氨酸酶的活性抑制率,评价其协同抑制效果,为进一步应用提供参考。研究结果显示两组组合物对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制率均存在协同效应,且均在质量比为7:68时,其相互作用协同效应最大。
To study determining the inhibitory rate on tyrosinase diphenolase activity,of two combinations which contains Dendrobium Officinale with Panax Ginseng extracts,and Dendrobium Officinale with Pueraria Lobata extracts,by the tyrosinase L-dopa rate oxidation method.We evaluate its inhibitory effect and the interaction between inhibitors to the further use in cosmetics.It showed that both combinations exhibited a synergistic effect on tyrosinase activity,and the effect was highest when the mass ratio was 7:68.
